Migraine/Headache?

I get severe tension headaches that sometimes lead to migraine. On a typical day I would take about 5 advil, but i’m trying to only take 2 now. I have gotten an MRI, so there is no serious health cause but my headaches cause a rotten mood. Any tips on relieving tension?
